here are some things i loved in january AKA the longest month of the year 😮‍💨

1 / crew socks

fellow millennials - this is your sign to ditch the ankle socks & buy a pack of 10 for only $11!!! so soft & comfy & classic!

soooo i went to the dentist for the first time in 2 years 🤦‍♀️ my gums were embarassingly sensitive / bloody. my holistic dentist was explaining how while it can be common in pregnancy, it aint good…because bleeding gums indicates inflammation, meaning your body/mouth are fighting off bacteria. she implored me to start using a waterpik (so i bought this one) & a solid dental probiotic! it jumpstarted me to get better about the girls taking theirs too - they take my mint one or this pomegranate one which they LOVE.

3 / natural bath bombs

my girls adore a bath bomb but it’s so hard to find truly clean ones! i bought this set (for them & myself) & we are huge fans!

4 / new balance 9060 shoes

i only have 2 pairs of sneakers & wear them a ton in between walks + workout classes! i haven’t bought a new pair in yearsss so i was due for some fresh kicks. this is my first pair of new balances & i am obsessed!!! so so comfy & great for strength training / daily life. they run true to size!

5 / kids bookshelf & STorage

i’ve been looking for a bookshelf for all our kids books that also includes toy storage (call it nesting), & this is the perfect solution. i love that it’s real wood VS the veneer stuff, & that i can fit so much on it.

6 / nontoxic candles

been on the hunt for a new nontox candle that smells good, but is affordable & this brand is lovely. dreamy scents & no headaches 👌🏻 i have 4!

7 / ear scope

omg if you’re a mom…pause what you’re doing right now & buy this! poor fostie had a gnarly double ear infection this past month & we had NO idea because even though she had a fever & was sick…she didn’t complain about her ear once! the urgent care PA let me look into her ears to see the infection & encouraged me to buy an at home ear scope. this thing is only $35, plugs straight into your phone & gives the CLEAREST picture. a healthy ear is super translucent in color so it’s very easy to see if there is infection! you can even save photos/videos & send to your doctor!

8 / deli containers

this one’s for all the girlies who want to bring food to their friends, but don’t want their pals to worry about returning their tupperware…all the cool food tiktokers use these & WITH REASON. 10/10 recommend

9 / the night agent: show on netflix

have you watched this one yet?! we have been loooooving it. season 2 just came out so we are working our way through it!

10 / amazon fitness faves
