my monthly faves: december edition
happy happy new year! i’ve been off insta since december 15th for a month, & man is it the BEST way to start the year. i truly love my job, but also seriously crave getting to sign off & get away from the constant input of social media for a bit (highly recommend!!). all that said, even when i’m not sharing with you guys every day, there’s still things i love…& here are some of the best from december 😊

when i tell you i’ve never slept better…just picture me with an eye mask on, mouth tape, & one of these strips across the bridge of my nose 😅 you can breathe 10x better with them. kyle & i have been wearing them every night!
3 / the anxious generation book
read this if you wanna be messed up a little…in the best way. if you’re a parent, or around kids, or truly even just care about your own tech consumption, this book will make you think critically & change some ways!
4 / grilled steak + This salad
winter me 🤝🏻 baked veggie salads. soooo good & flavorful, & will leave you feeling full but not bloated.
5 / congested skin serum
my winter skin has been dryyy AND congested lately. this serum is working wonders! i apply it nightly before moisturizer.
6 / gingham kids pants
can you even with these?! so many sizes & colors, at such a good price.
7 / Severance show on apple tv
apple TV is where it’s at for shows these days. season two comes out on january 17th, & kyle & i are ready for ittttt. severance season one was SO good, we re-binged it all to get ready for the new episodes!
8 / rothy’s boucle clogs
got these clogs for christmas & i cannot overstate how comfy they are. dare i say comfiest shoes i have ever, EVER worn…
