printable daily rhythms sheet
about a month ago, i created this daily rhythms sheet to help myself stick to somewhat of a schedule. i used the word “rhythms” because somehow that sounds more fun than “schedule” 😅 lawd help me.
structure is hard for me but SO SO good for me. i work from home & am not the most time conscious human, so with a wide open schedule…time/deadlines just escape me if i’m not careful!
i’ve shown a few glimpses of the sheet on insta-stories & you guys have been asking for it so i wanted to share it here for free, in hopes that it helps you put some healthy rhythms into place in this season.
my day to day schedule shifts depending on a buncha things: when i wake up, video call meetings, workouts, etc—so i laminated the sheet so that i can just change the times/content as needed.
these laminated sheets from amazon are SO easy to use—you just put the paper between 2 laminate sheets & then trim the edges! to write on them, i use this thin expo marker to write on it, & then use a wet paper towel to clean it off.
i like to update the sheet before i go to bed so i can wake up knowing what my day looks like + what to focus on!

for best quality, i recommend downloading the PDF to your computer first & then printing it on just regular ole printer paper or cardstock!
