my monthly faves: october edition

it’s getting colder (though it was hot for basically this whole month in denver…), the days are getting shorter, & the holidays are right around the corner! before we jump into gift guides & all that jazz, looking back on a few of the things i loved in october!

1 / sabre dupe flatware

i spent $475+ on sabre flatware & i’m obsessed with it, but…$40 for a 20-piece flatware set is unreal. i tried this dupe at a friend’s house the other day & can absolutely recommend!

2 / weck bowls

technically they’re jars, not bowls, but either way this weck shape is my favorite! perfect for storing leftovers, chia pudding, homemade ranch, & the list goes on.

3 / brown phone case

i got the new iphone & thus needed a new case. i’ve been loving this one! it has the magnet built in so i can pop on my magnetic popsocket or octobuddy as needed!

4 / beeswax candles

as the days get shorter, the amount of candles i light in the mornings & evenings gets exponentially higher lol these are my go-to beeswax taper candles for burning everyday. great price, great burn time & nontoxy 👍

5 / clear case

i decided to organize my purse/diaper bag recently, & this structured clear organizer is a game changer! i store my lip balm, hair clip, hand sani, etc inside, & i love that it’s clear so i can avoid digging around to try to find something on the go. would be perfect for toiletries too 🧴

6 / castor oil lash serum

if you’re not using castor oil to help your eyelashes grow & stay strong & thick, you’re missing outtttt. this mascara-ish bottle makes it so easy to apply! you can use it on your brows too (but i don’t need any extra growth there 👹 )

7 / bench scraper

someone asked me my favorite kitchen tool the other day, & THIS is the answer! i use it basically every day - great for making bread for suuuure, but also for scooping up chopped veggies, brushing crumbs off the counter, & so many other things. foster calls it the kitchen sweeper because she always sees kyle use it to clean the counters 😂

8 / colostrum moisturizer

colostrum is really having a moment, & i believe it’s well deserved! an influencer i follow swears by this moisturizer & now i’m converted too, despite the high price point. absorbs into my skin so well & leaves my face feeling soooo soft ☁️

9 / shrinking season 2 on apple tv+

have you watched season one yet?! so good, funny & light; the perfect before-bed show. season two recently came out & we are loving it!

10 / hand cream

‘tis the season for dry as heck hands (especially living in a dry climate) 🤚 this is my current favorite hand cream - deeply moisturizes & no scent at all!
