my everyday iced mocha recipe

if i could make each of you one of these vanilla cloud iced mochas…i would. it’s so creamy, smooth & tasty. I don’t understand how it’s SO good.

RECIPE:

  • pull 2 shots of espresso over 1 tbsp of cacoa powder (cocoa works too but cacao just has more health benefits!)

  • mix the coffee + cacao until the powder has dissolved! you can use a spoon, handheld frother, or even mini whisk!

  • in a cold foam frother, add about 8oz of whole milk, pinch of vanilla bean powder, & 1.5 tbsp of maple syrup to the pitcher & froth until fluffy & combined!

  • pour your milk over ice, then the shots, stir well with a straw & ENJOYYYYY!
